After 42 years playing golf I finally got my first hole-in-one at Auburn Hills golf course in Wichita, Kansas. I called it off of the tee box because it felt so good off of the tee and was tracking for the hole. The only problem was that the hole was on the lower level of the green so I could not see it go it. The best thing was that my wife, Theresa, was with me to celebrate. I had almost given up getting one because after only 4 years playing my wife got hers two years ago. My line after that was that I didn't even want one. It turns out that was not true. I am very happy to have this story to tell.
