Hello, I started golfing Sept 2020 and love it. On 7/7/22 I was playing in a Thurs Night Scramble at Olde Beaufort Golf Club, Lady’s Island SC, when I hit my first Hole In One. It was on #14 and to tell the truth I say weekly how I dislike this hole. It’s really hard and there is a tree that hangs over in front of the tee box. It was a beautiful golf shot. It felt good on impact and flew exactly as lined up. It hit near the flag with a slight bounce and gently rolled to the flag then dropped in the cup. We watched in anticipation as we all do when a shot looks good. There was a lot of chatter about it looking good that got louder as the ball made it’s way toward the flag - then dropped out of sight into the cup. There was a lot of jumping up and down and celebrating by all six golfers in our group. We were told that the groups behind us could here the celebration too. Oops. No one in our group had ever gotten one themselves. But they were all ecstatic. I was glad that my friends were there to share the experience with me. I was told it’s been over 20 years since they’ve had a HIO in this group. I was using a Pinnacle RUSH golf ball. I love them. Just wanted to share. Robyn
