Was 140 yards and downhill. Tee box in the shade with the sun hitting right about where balls start to drop to the green. One of the foursome went left so we saw his. The other two went on the green but we couldn't see them until after they landed, and even then only barely able to see them. My ball was straight but again, lost it on the way down and couldn't see it on the green. Was a yellow Titleist DT TruSoft so thought maybe it was the color with the sun. Looked at my club and caught it a little fat, which made me think I was short. I was walking so I ran my push cart through the rough leading up the green but it was pretty thick so I parked my cart and grabbed my 60° and putter before heading back up to the edge of the green to get a better view of the rough. Before I could get to looking one of the guys who was on the green asked if I'd hit a yellow Titleist, and my heart sank. My first ace! And the first ace any of the three guys in my group had witnessed. I was actually about to go off solo at 8:10 but they showed up early for their 8:20 so the started grouped us up and thank goodness he did.

And before anyone gets the wrong image of my skill, that ace on 2 brought me back to even par after a double on 1 haha.
