The 3rd hole at Bridlewood Golf Club looks right into the sun during early tee times. I started playing at 7:32a on 7/30 so by the time we got through the first couple holes the sun was right in the line of sight. I had also just come off a 3 putt par on the par 5 2nd hole after lipping out the eagle and birdie putts so I was feeling pretty good starting the day par, par. When I hit my tee shot on the 3rd hole I thought I had hit it a little thin and way too short of the front pin placement about 126 yards away. The sun made it impossible to see where the ball landed so I didn’t know until we drove up to the green and looked in the cup. While waiting for the last 2 guys to hit I honestly thought what turned out to be my ball’s divot was the actual ball until I walked up to the green.
