Trip of a lifetime to the Ayrshire coast in the western part of Scotland. Four golfing buddies from San Diego and Phoeni on a 7 day trip to Scotland playing 5 different courses. Day 2 one of us gets a hole in one on the 13th hole at Western Gailes, his first ever, and then 2 days later I got a hole in one at Turnberry on the 9th hole, my second. 168 yards, 6 iron, ProV1 ball with the number 7. Our Caddie Gary witnessed it and personally I didn't believe it when he said it went in as I didn't see it because the hole was behind a rise in front of the green. Upon walking up to the hole on the green there it was nestled comfortably in the bottom of the cup. What are the odds of 2 guys out of four getting holes in one on the same trip? Turned out to be an awesome trip.
