On Aug 17 I played an after work round at Pinetop Lakes CC. This is a par 63. I joined up with Jon Semanek. We started on the back nine. One hole 7 (our 16th) I hit 9 iron on a 177 yrd downhill par three. It went right over the flag and we lost sight of the ball since the flag stick was in the way. When we got to the green you could see the ball mark a few feet behind the flag but no ball. I got up to the hole and the ball was in the hole. The next hole was a 155 yard up hill par three. We were teeing right into the sun. I hit 9 iron again. I hit it well but it went right into the sun and neither of us saw the ball. When we got to the green we found Jon's ball off the right side of the green but didn't see my ball. I walked over to the other side of the green to see if my ball missed left. I noticed there was a pitch mark past the hole so I figured I'd check the hole. No kidding, it was in the hole. 2 holes in one on back to back holes with the same club!!! Both with a Titleist pro v1 (number 2).
