On Friday, October 21, I aced the fourth hole at Shadow Hawk Golf Club in Richmond, TX during the first day of competition at our annual member-guest tournament. The hole measured 210 yards and was playing directly into the wind. Pin position was the most difficult, in the very back right hand corner, over a large bunker and just before a steep drop off. I used a Titleist AVX golf ball and a PXG 3 hybrid for the shot. What a thrill! My partner and I capped it off the next day by winning our flight and then the shootout for the overall member-guest championship.
