By end 2012, golf was a tool in claiming my health life back. Golf now has become my tool in keeping my good health but also source of joy for better swings techniques over time.
In the cold morning of Sunday, November 21, 2021, on 3rd par 3 hole of Weaverly Oaks, MA, I felt a swing felt like never imagine to make, so soft like butter. Soon excitement from my group round and other group behind us. Just an incredible feeling-why and how I got into golf, a moment full of gratitude.
By playing golf, not only giving my healthy and keeping my good health, having an experience to feel impact of the hole in one swing - beyond my expectation that alone making me promise myself to enjoy every swings of my play.
For me, golf is mindfulness. Try it!
