It was a nice day on Halloween in 2020. I didn't have much to do, so figured I would play a quick round on the Manor Course at Farrington (one of the best par 3 courses in the area).

I played the first 4 holes ok, nothing much to report, then I hit got to the 5th. This hole has always caused me problems, and expectations were low. It was just under 200 yards, uphill to a raised green and slightly into the wind. I hit a 3 iron from the winter tee (matts in winter) and new it was going to be close. Walking up to the green the ball was nowhere to be seen, but there was a large fresh pitchmark about 1 foot left of the hole to my disbelief my ProV1 was sitting in the bottom of the hole.

My first ever Hole in One.... and there was nobody around to witness it.... One day it will happen with a crowd.
