Scored my first ever Hole-in-One on Friday, December 16 at Greenville Country Club (NC) on Hole #15 from the white tees. The pin was at the front, playing 102 yards. As we had a lot of rain the day before and the course was cart path only, I was walking. I elected to carry my bag, but took only my even irons, wedge, putter and 3 wood. So, chose my 8 iron and hit a nice smooth shot with a little cut, hit about 6 feet left of the pin and spun right into the cup. Best part is I got to see the whole thing with my playing partners! Early Christmas present! And I was playing with my customized Pro V1s from Father's Day with #1 Dad Grandpa on it.
