I retired and in 2022 moved to Texas full time. Joined the golf association at the Club at Rebecca Creek in Spring Branch, Texas. On May 6, 2022, playing with the association, I hit a nine iron into number seventeen green. It bounced once in front of the green where the pin was placed near the front. I rolled over a shallow hill, onto the green, and right into the cup! Of course, I won the "closest to the pin" for that round as well has the money in our "Hole in One" pot. It was my third ace and was a wonderful feeling. Witness by my three playing partners, Frank Walsh, Anthony Carvajal, and Mark Hecker, along with the foursome on the green behind us.
