In a round that had all the ups and downs, I hit the best shot of my life. After being rushed by the group behind, I stood on a chewed up tee box and remember thinking “I don’t even have my glove on” and I sent it anyway. I hit the ball and eventually lost sight thinking it fell off the back of the green. My partner starting to say it dropped in the hole. As I started to walk to the hole, my partner drove way ahead of me and ran to the flag, ripping it out of the hole with my ball following. Excitement ensuing and a totally abysmal finish to the round! What an experience!
