My first hole in one was back in 1987 when I was 18 years old. The golf course where it occurred no longer exists. On October 30th, 2025 I was playing with my friends Rodrigo Donoso, Damian Eldred and Junior Mengenhauser when we made our way to the 4th hole and Shadow Lakes Golf Club. The fourth hole is a par 3 which on this date was a front pin located 147 yards from the combo tee, which we were playing. I decided to go with an 8 iron and I hit the shot pretty solid. It was on line with the flag and the ball hit near the front edge of the green and took hopped it's way into the cup, wedging itself between the cup and pin. One of my friends said he thought he saw it go in the hole but the I did not actually see it bounce in. We drove up to the green and sure enough the ball was inside the hole.
