It was 10/26/2025. I teed off on #3 at Overlook Golf Course in Lancaster, PA. It was playing 174 yards and I gripped down on my 4 hybrid. The pin was middle front of the green. The ball hit around 6 feet in front of the hole and rolled straight in. At first, I didn’t want to believe it but the other 3 guys in my group all thought it was in the hole. I wasn’t convinced of it until we got to the green and no balls were on it. It was at that moment that it hit me that the unthinkable may have happened. I’ve never had a hole-in-one and I’m a 20 handicap so at almost 60 years old, I thought my days were numbered. It was in the hole. Wow!
