After 40 years of golf with only one hole-in-one I suddenly made 3 hole-in-ones within 5-1/2 months in 2025. The first two were on May 31 and November 3, both on the same hole at Sykes Lady Golf Club in Overland Park, KS using the same fairway metal. The third was on November 15 at St. Andrews in Overland Park with a 9-iron. When I left the tee, I could see the ball sitting close to the hole. Halfway to the green my playing partners came back toward me to say it had fallen in. All the hole-in-ones were witnessed by 8 different people, and properly attested. I play Titleist's ProV1/x exclusively.

One might think I am a scratch golfer. Nothing could be further from the truth. I'm 78, have had multiple spine surgeries, walk with a cane from cart to green, and lost sight in my left eye a couple of years ago. I play a couple of times a week, and if I had a GHIN handicap, it would probably be around 13 from the senior tees. I'm just an incredibly lucky golfer. I've bought lottery tickets during this run, but guess I used up my luck on the golf course! Has anyone else had 3 hole-in-ones in the same year? Brian Cooper Overland Park, KS
