As I was fortunate enough to have had a hole-in-one in 2025, I was blessed with one in 2016 as well. On my first hole in one I was playing with a Saturday foursome and the play was extremely slow and I was getting a little frustrated. As we came up on the par three number seven at the Bill and Payne Stewart golf course in Springfield Missouri there were two players in front of us that have been taken forever to get around that day. I told myself that the second they stepped off the green I was gonna fire at the pin and “show them somethin!” the pin was set at 112 yards that day. I selected a a P2 gap wedge hitting a Titleist pro V one X. I took care lame hit. The shot went past the pin about 3 yards spun back into the hole and the two guys that I had barely let get off the green celebrated by jumping up and down and freaking out! So my frustration with those two fellas went away very quickly, and they actually requested to be my verification of a hole-in-one on my scorecard. What a day I’ll never forget it! Titleist equipment has been with me since I started playing golf in 1989.
