I had been playing for 2 years. I hit the drive with a typical fade, starting at the left side of the fairway. I could see that my ball was head toward the red post (100 yd) marker. My golf partner (not an acquaintance of mine) was in a different cart. He found his ball on the fairway but we couldn't find mine. After a few minutes, I decided to take a provisional shot from the 100 yd area. We both landed on the green and proceeded to putt. HE PUTTED FIRST. HIS PUT WAS A BIT SHORT AND AS HE MARKED HIS BALL, HE YELLED OUT "WAS YOUR BALL A TITLEIST?" And there it was... My very first hole in one ALBATROSS!!!
