The 12th hole on the Banks course at Forsgate is a signature hole. It is called the Horseshoe as it has a two tier green that is shaped like a horseshoe. On this day the pin was in the bowl of the horseshoe. My shot landed short of the hole and rolled towards the pin. I thought the ball had gone behind the pin and was just "hiding". I went ahead to look as my playing partners claimed it was a hole in one. To my surprise, they were right!!!.

I don't even remember the rest of the round.
