I was enjoying an afternoon round of golf with my 14-year-old son who is also an avid golfer. We get to the 7th hole at Temple Hills Country Club in Franklin, TN and it was playing 164 yards, to a tucked pin, short left. I teed up my Titleist AVX and pulled 8 iron (T100) thinking I could be a touch long. I'll admit, it was not the best strike (slightly thin) but as soon as I hit it, it started drawing towards the hole. All of the sudden we both hear the CLANK of a ball hitting the flagstick. We both looked at each other and at the same time said, "where did that go??" We drove up to the green and did not see my ball. I decided to rule out the improbable and take a peek in the hole. At first, I saw nothing but then peered over the hole a bit more and there it was!! We both went CRAZY!! Being able to share that experience with my son, Nolan was extremely special and a day we will both never forget. I just ordered Nolan a set of T250's and hope one day he can be sending his own story in, posing with his ProV1-X!! I just hope I'll be there to share in the joy!!
