Played in a match play event at the club I’m a member of. Hole 13, 152 yards, a smooth pitching wedge to a brand new, fresh out of the box, Titleist ProV1. Baby draw against the wind, landed 15 feet short of the flag. One bounce and trickled into the hole. The people in my group knew it immediately but I didn’t believe them and I thought it ran off the back of the green. Drove up to the green and attempted to grab my wedge but got yelled out to “GO GET YOUR BALL OUT OF THE HOLE”. A great memory.
