    I just got the new phantom black 5.5 in 35” but I usually play 33-34”. I’m thinking about cutting it an inch. Does anyone know how much head weight I need to add to keep the break the same. I was thinking 10 grams but would like a second opinion. Thanks!

    I took my 35" Catalina down to 34.5" and didn't add any additional weight. Personal preference is it's still too heavy and may drop to (2) 5g weights instead.

    not sure what 'Break' you're referring to, but it's about 10 grams per inch. But.... who knows, you may prefer the new 'weight'. you just have to do it and tinker about with lead tape or different sole weights to get it dialed in for you.

    35" normally uses 10g weights and 34" uses 15g weights
