Balance Question about shortening 40” Studio Fastback LD to 37” for a normal length grip

    Hey TT,

    I recently got a 40” Studio Style Fastback Long Design however I’m looking to shorten it to 37” in order to putt a regular length Scotty Cameron Pistolini Plus grip or a Full Contact grip. Will the putter weights need to be change or any rebalancing need to be redone from shortening it?

    It's all a matter of personal preference. You probably have 25g sole weights and to get it the same SW you may need lighter weights. Also too, the SCS has a longer/heavier grip I believe too.
