50 degree TVD wedges?

    Hi TT,

    a question for someone at Wedgeworks please... Is Voke contemplating releasing a 50 degree TVD wedge at any stage soon?

    This would complement my 54 and 58 degree Black Oxide TVD's perfectly. I'm looking for a gap wedge and may have to settle for a SM4 if this is unlikely. I have considered buying a 52 degree TVD and have it bent to 50. Is this a viable alternative and if so would Wedgeworks be able to personalise it to read as a 50 M and TVD 50 instead of a 52 M and TVD 52?

    Hi Mark, I spoke to Dave, the Wedgeworks manager and he said,"we're still finalizing our plans for 2012 WedgeWorks, but we agree that the 50TVD would be popular and we'll consider adding it to the line up". We can bend the 52° to 50°, but, as far as changing the 52° to read 50°, that would not be possible.

    They do have a limited release "R"grind 50. I have one. Bent it to 52. It's so good around the green ,I'm down to only two wedges. 52 and a 58 Look on Vokey site.

    Thanks  Cathi and Club Surgeon for the updates.

    Most if not all of the Limited issues are for delivery to US addresses only.

    Bit hard for us Aussies to get our hands on them and ebay is a risk I'm not prepared to take.
