So winter is coming and I overindulged again on Thanksgiving, and I want to know- Do you TPI?
I've watched the show on Golf Channel, and I've done some of the workouts, but I think I'm gonna do some TPI this season. I used to work out for hockey when I played throughout college. After that I worked out to ski, but now the only sport I play seriously is golf. It makes sense to me to work golf specific muscles.
Has anyone here done TPI? How was it? What did they do? Did you improve?
