We just wanted to provide you all with some details on our process for contacting sweepstakes winners. Here are a few points to help provide clarity:

• We only contact sweepstakes winners via email to confirm eligibility and provide additional details around the prizes that have been won.
   
• Our initial contact with a sweeps winner will never be by phone.
   
• We will never ask for any form of payment for a winner to claim their prize.  You may be asked to complete a Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release in some instances.
   
• If you would like to receive a list of winner's names for a sweepstakes, send a self-addressed stamped legal size envelope to: Team Titleist Sweepstakes Winners c/o Acushnet Company, 333 Bridge Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719.
   
• Please include a note indicating the specific sweepstakes winner's listing you would like to receive. Titleist assumes no responsibility for lost, late, illegible, incomplete or postage due mail.
