    I bought a Titleist 14 way golf back customized with my name on it on May 14th. It has already started fading from a Red bag to a Pink bag. I am highly disappointed in this. I thought the bag would have held its color longer than it did. This happen to any of yall?

    Hi Daniel

    All new golf bags are under Warranty for one year from the date of purchase.  Please take your bag back to your pro shop and have them set up a Warranty inspection and replacement for it.

    Do I have to go back to the shop I bought it or can I do it at my current club?

    You can take it back to your current club and have them contact Golf Bag repairat 1-800-225-8500 to get it set up.
