    Howdy team Titleist,

    I recently purchased a used Titleist 910 d2 driver, I have noticed after  removing the head and exploring the adjustment options, that the screw holding all together is missing the additional metal and rubber washers I have been reading about in your site, also the torx end on the screw seems real loose and the wrench feels like it may slip at any time when tightening,

    Can you help me with getting a couple replacement screws with all the correct metal and rubber washers,

    Thanks with any help with this issue,

    Steve {golfingweez@aol.com }

    Cathi, Titleist and the rest of the TT staff takes care of us loyalist.

    I'm also a golf club tech. Almost every time a customer comes in with a broke/stripped screw, it's mainly do to them not holding the club properly while tightening. Make sure that you only turn the wrench enough until you hear it click.
