    I`m playin today in New Jersey Jan20th its 40 deg. I`m on the 6th hole and its my second shot and i have to go over water.  i swing, i chunk it and it is short but hits a patch of ice , bounces on to the green and i putt for par. Sometimes better to be lucky than good.

    Lucky is the fact that your still able to tee it up and hack it around on Jan 20, been too darn cold here in CT. last time I was able to tee it up was December 29.

    Score card doesn't know if it skimmed off the ice or not.   :  )
