Hi Chris,  We can embroider the ball pocket, but it voids the waterproof warranty.  Also, all embroidery needs to be done when you are ordering the bag.  If you have not used it and it was purchased through an authorized pro shop, you can return it and order one with embroidery on the ball pocket.  If you have used it, we can't embroider it after it has been assembled.
