This story may not seem like much, but to a loyal Titleist customer such as myself I felt it would only be fitting to acknowledge Mike as going above and beyond what was required of him.

As some of you have already been testing out prototype golf balls (assuming ProV1 and ProV1x), I too was selected to receive 2 sleeves for testing. Unfortunately, due to work related travels, held mail and who knows what other act of god, the package had never made it to me. I kindly informed Mike of the issue and thanked him for the opportunity otherwise and would be looking forward to any testings that may come in the future.

Today the door bell rang and knowing I had not spent my last paycheck on buying things online, I wasn't sure who it was. I opened the door and only a small box was left. As I began to open the box I realized it was from Titleist with a hand written note inside. Well as you can see, the image below speaks for itself.
