    Wow, what a company Titleist is!  My family (wife and two boys ages 7 and 4) had lost everything we owned in the May 20th, 2013 tornado in Moore, Oklahoma.  We just made it into our neighbors tornado shelter before it totally destroyed our home. We feel very lucky to still be here.  Upon having to rebuild and replaced everything we ever owned I am finally getting to play some golf again. This past week Team Titleist heard what we had been through and two days later there was a Titleist care package at my house filled with all kinds of Team Titleist goodies. What was most impressive was the had written note that was included.  Titleist truly is a quality company that builds quality products! I am very proud to be a part of the team titleist community and will be a fan for life! Thanks Team Titleist!

    The Acushnet family is different than just about any other company in the business.  They care about their customers for more than just their money and it shows.  I'm proud to be a Team Titleist member and I try to support the brand any way I can to show my appreciation.

    That's a real great gesture by the concierges on behalf of Titleist. I've used Callie, Cbra, and TM, and have never gotten personal feedback. I would have written Titleist off as too expensive except the service after the sale, both from Titleist and my local Advanced Fitting Center. They let me know they respect that their customers are more than a sales transactions and are real people trying to be their best. After a whole house loss, that package isn't much - except one more time knowing people care about what happened to you.

    Thanks for sharing Brad and I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your home.  Thank goodness that you and your family made it to the shelter in time and are safe and sound.  This is a great example of how Titleist engages and cares about the Team Titleist members.  Sometimes something special to make you smile when things are not going well can make all of the difference in the world.  Good luck with the rebuild and getting life (and golf) back to normal.

    First of all glad to hear you and yours are all safe, secondly sorry for your loss. Titlesist has proven time and time again they are a company that cares about things other than just sales.
