I have the 2014 StaDry Premier and I have a 2013 StaDry Waterproof Stand Bag. The Premier is REALLY light. The top cuff is a lot smaller. The Premier top is approximately 9 1/2 inches by 7 inches vs The regular StaDry approximately 11 inches vs 9 1/2 inches. The Premier is a little tight for me. I was a little disappointed it wasn't like the regular one but I guess they had to do that to get the weight down so far. I love the bag but I took the regular StaDry on a recent trip overseas.  I will say I am happy I have both. Tough call to pick one over the other for me. I hope this was somewhat helpful.
