I've seen this questions asked several times and the majority of the responses are similar to Andy's....participate in the discussions, show a passion for the game & Titleist products and hope you're lucky enough to get selected.  Along with the "lucky enough" part is living in the region where the event is being held, although even that doesn't guarantee an invite.
