The weather has been incredible the last couple of weeks. Finally getting to play a bit more and it's awesome! But...that pesky off season rust that accumulates...

This year, I'm having a hard time shaking the rust off of my tee shots. Short game has been reasonably solid, but I've been all over the place off the tee in early part of the season.

Would love to hear from others in the TT community: what part of your game are you shaking the rust off of now? What's giving you some success in doing so?

  2. Shaking the rust off my short game! However long game is big success at the moment...strange normally it is the other way around! LOL

Glad to hear the weather is nicer bye you! Ee had one nice weekend and are expecting more snow! I had trouble with my driving and my short game. I got better through the day but I think just practicing helps nothing like real world palying to loosen up and shake of the rust! Good luck to you thia season!

For sure shaking off the rust on the long game, and just nailing down distances. I hit balls indoors all winter so ball striking is pretty solid .

I'm working on my distance and short game. Every year is the same, accuracy and distance with short irons is the biggest problem after winter.

  8. Here in Indiana the weather has been not to bad. So far I've got 26 rounds in . For me it's rounds, rounds, and more rounds. Really working on chipping and putting. I can't improve equipment any more ( I have a full compliment of Titleist) so more practice is all that remains. Set your goals and have FUN !!! steve b
