Today I saw my buddy drop another 63 on me, from the Blue Tees (6900+). While I won a dozen mini-tour events years ago, I never had the game to go THAT low! Amazes me how some people just HAVE IT!......

Over 30 years ago I was playing with the young golf pro at the club we worked. He broke the course record with a 62! That was with a bogey 6 on the par 5 3rd hole! He was 10 yards in front of the green and "shanked" it twice sideways around the green! He holed a 6 iron second shot on the next hole, a par 4 for eagle! The rest of the round was just a boring bunch of birdies!

I've actually seen this guy drop a 60 and a 59, on legit tournament courses.....He's a machine.......actually think if i could putt for him, he could make it on the Champions!....lol

It is fun to watch guys that can do that. 63 is the lowest i have seen as well. I shot 70 and felt like I got ran over. But awesome to watch

Over 25 years ago I played with a scratch handicap amateur at one of our local public courses. He did not look like a golfer, baggy shorts/pants, tee shirt, untied running shoes, always needed a shave, but a pure swing and not someone you really wanted to tangle with after he had had a tall one or two. He played with us in our blitz on Tuesdays and played us fairly, but loved to hustle the tourists that visited the course and they would come back for seconds after he would sheer them. Have seen him go low at 64 many times from the Championship tees. Poetry in motion. One heck of a golfer and really nice guy, but beware of wolves in sheepskins or attire that looks unusual with a sweet swing and a gift for gab.

Lowest I witnessed was a 60 with a bogey, but this same guy has shot 59 three times. He also holds the course records at a few country clubs around the Seattle area.
