    This is long overdue but as I was preparing for my upcoming golf trip and prepping my clubs I realized I needed to thank Cathi. Over the summer I went to a Thursday fitting event. It was the first fitting I was able to schedule as the other booked quickly. The experience was great and I was excited to get new clubs. I wanted to order through my parents club and the fitter was to email me the specs. After a few days I didn’t have the specs and I was freaking out as I had two great golfing opportunities upcoming the next few weeks, one to play Arcadia bluffs and the second to play the Golf Club In Columbus Ohio. I was worried that I would not be able to order the clubs for these opportunities. That’s where Cathi comes in, I called Titleist to get the specs and they lead me to Cathi. She hunted down the specs and watched over my order. It gets better when the clubs arrived in lightening speed the pro who placed the order, ordered the wrong weights for my driver. I called Cathi frantically and she calmed me down and sent the right weights immediately to have before my Arcadia trip. It is amazing to have someone so amazing looking over the Team Titleist community. I hope one day to meet Cathi so I can thank her in person. I just wanted you to know how much it meant to me.

    She is definitely a face of why Titleist is #1 in service. I don't know if other OEMs even have a concierge service available to end buyers. At one time in the past I wanted to look at another company's hybrid and no LH options were available at the store. Took weeks for the local rep to respond to the store if it was possible. Cathi can quickly make loaner shafts for fittings available in much less time.

    Josh, that was a good story and it ended well- I'm glad for you. Thank you for sharing your story. It's things like what Cathi does that complements a great product company that makes it complete, unique and special. Responsible, caring and reliable to customers... I'm so proud of Titleist and so glad you shared your story.

    I was lucky enough to meet the lot of them, Cathi, Rick, and several others at a TT event. They are all like that and take their positions very serious and enjoy interacting and helping Titleist customers, and are as nice as they seem here. I see other manufacturers trying to start something like TT, and while imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, they'll never be able to touch Titleist customer service and its commitment to them.

    Great story Josh G. There is only one Cathi. So professional, kind, wise and caring. Not surprised how your story ended. Titleist has a real winner with her!

    I have never received anything from any other oem that I have played. Started playing Titleist a few years back and joined this community. A little while down the road I get a hand written thank you letter from Cathi. I was much appreciated and why I don't look elsewhere for equipment. Hope they keep it up!

    Nothing but the best here at Team Titleist! I hope to meet Cathi, Abby & others in a Titleist event this year.
