  1. I've just seen someone selling a tag and the metal double T logo ball marker.

    Seems so ungrateful.

If I had been lucky enough to receive that gear I wouldn't be selling it ever!

    Sad times.

I just cannot see it as "sad times". A person can do basically whatever they want with their items and if they choose to sell something it's their choice. It also gives someone else a chance on getting some cool Team Titleist swag.

I do agree with you about never selling what I've gotten but I cannot disparage someone selling what they have...

Dude its tough to get those items, sometimes it works out better, def easier to grab the TT stuff you want.

It is unfortunately, I am one that would never sell a TT item, I treasure every piece I have gotten and proudly display my bag tag, but I can't condemn anyone for selling theirs.

I've seen the same auctions Alex.. seller based in Newcastle.

Most of us would cherish items like that and count themselves lucky to own them. Unfortunately some don't appreciate the TT gesture and just want quick cash.

Having attended several TT events, I've received a fair amount of the Team Titleist items, I love them all. I have a good friend who is a Titleist enthusiast and his initials are TT, I've passed on an item or two to him which he immediately proudly displays.

As for selling such said items, I just don't get it. But to each his own I guess.

Same old broken record. Being a Titleist loyalist and being a member of Team Titleist for a number of years, and a very active member, I appreciate those TT items. I have either earned them or paid for them. If I receive some that I do not need I give them to other members or Titleist loyalists. It's called pride in the brand and passing that pride on. Selling them for profit, well it is the owner's option, but I am totally ashamed that they consider themselves a Titleist loyalist and a member of Team Titleist. They have not pride. They are not someone I care not to associate with at events, and please do not let it be known in my presence that you sell TT items. I am normally a pretty happy go lucky guy, as most know. Shame, shame on you..... =(

I have posted numerous times about this activity. Some people just cant resist profiting off the generous people at TT

This subject has come up many, many times over the past few years. I Don't see any way to police this. It's the honor system and some people have no honor.

To paraphrase Charlton Heston, they can have my bag tag when they pry it out of my cold dead hands... (pretty much because I intend to be buried with it, lol).
