Interested in this as well. I am doing some Nationwide Qualifiers and would like to have something other then my stand bag. I tried today for the Soboba Classic at East Valley and missed it by 2 shots.

any golf course that carries titleist equipment or any autherized titleist req. can order you one.  I won my full size staff bag in a tournament by wining my flight. i know its only a local tourny. but I really love that bag.

Can you order a mid staff bag with different colors than the black red and white?

I have not seen any in the USA. The Japan market seems to have them in a number of different colors, but I don't think that you could get one unless it came from eBay.

I found my staff bag in my country club's storage room. It's in great shape and nobody was using it. You can't let something like that collect dust!!
