I'm guessing you are talking about 14 separate slots for clubs, in a stand bag.

Once a long time ago, I got them tubes to fit into the bag. 1 round was all it took.

You can't get the clubs in and out.

I know a guy that has a cart bag with 14 dividers, he can't get clubs in or out.

I use the tubes in my cart bag and I never have any problems getting the clubs in or out ? It actually works quite well for me, I added them to all my bags. Not sure why you are having trouble with them ???
