I have a little issue with the fit of the Sports Mesh Structured hat.  First off, the hats are awesome, but the way the hats sit on my head is inconsistent.   I tried on several Large/X-Large at Edwin Watts and the assorted colors and black ones sat down on my head very well (my big melon was completely covered).  However, I wanted the white one - and for it to fit the same way. None of the white ones sat down completely on my head.  Is there an issue with how the white ones are produced?
