Unfortunately, when you buy a Scotty Cameron putter off the rack, you only have the option of the grip that is on it.  However, you can purchase other grips that may be more to your liking and feel through other sources such as the Scotty Cameron Studio Store website, the Cameron Collector Club and ebay.  I have been using his putters for years and have found that the baby t grip fits my hands the best.  hope this helps you

Another option which will give you a few more choices (but is more expensive) is the Scotty Cameron Custom Shop.  I believe that your minimum order amount through the Custom Shop is $45.  You can do a lot of things to your putter at the custom shop including a new grip, headcover, shaft sticker, stamping, modifying the lie and loft, changing shafts, changing the color, paint fills, etc.  They will also authenticate your putter if you need.  A very exciting option for the Scotty fans out there!  Take a look at his website and see all the very cool things that he can do with your putter.

If you live near a Golf Galaxy they stock Cameron grips at a price cheaper than you can order them fro the Studio store.
