I just wanted to say thanks again for all the great equipment and keeping the brand strong by backing all your products up with tour testing, but I was just wondering why you guys cant come with a stand bag that the bottom hits the ground flat thus kicking out the legs.  For years now I have played only Titleist brand products, I have all Titleist clubs, wear Footjoy shoes and glove, wear Titleist hats and have to use another bag.  It is the only bag that when you set it down wont fall over in the breeze, or when the ground is not so flat.  Whats up with that, I need your help with this since my friends kill me for being a brand fan with Titleist everything and another brand's bag.

My Titleist stand bag opens automatically when I set it down,  Wind never blew it over.   Don't understand the "hits the ground flat part of your descrption".  The foot on the bottom opens the legs when set down, and the velcro tabs hold the legs against the bag securely when in a cart.   The only thing I noticed is a delay in the  full opening of the legs.  Takes a bit of getting used to.

Titleist has some pretty good bags. They have a strap system at the bottom near the legs to keep that from happening and plus not every single bag will stay perfectly level on the bottom because of transportation, etc.

I am going to be getting the new 14 way carry bag, which is a very nice bag and fits perfect in carts, my friend has one in navy. Within the year I'll be playing all Titleist stuff, I've already gotten fit for irons and wedges!

Best advice is to go to a store to check them out.

I second that Chris.  I am a full time caddie, and I only play titleist clubs, 909's, 710 mb's, and vokey cc's, and they feel alienated in my bag. Right now there is not a  suitable carry bag that meets my needs from titleist.   I would love to see titleist come out with a 3lb lightweight bag with straps and stands similiar to the hoofer.  Maybe you could just send me a titleist embroidery that i can sew over the other one =)

I like my Titleist bag, but it does have some design flaws.  I have the lightweight 5 way carry bag.  The straps are good, it's very comfortable, the dividers are good, the pockets are great (especially the cooler pocket), and it doesn't put that 'wear mark' in my graphite shafts.  All that said...

I do feel that the legs are a little substandard as Chris has mentioned.  I don't have a problem with it blowing over, but sometimes it takes the old foot wedge to get the legs to kick.  They also tend to flop around a bit while I'm walking either up or down a steep hill.

I checked out another bag, but wasn't convinced it wouldn't have the same problems, and the pockets weren't as good, plus my clubs would feel awkward without my Titleist bag...

I keep the joints clean, and toss my towel around it when I'm walking up or down a big hill to solve the flopping problem.  If I could take the stand from my old hoofer and put it on my Titleist bag that would be the end all of golf bags IMO.

Can I get a 14-way, under 4 pounds, and have it set up to carry on my left shoulder, please.  I used to have a different brand that was set to carry on your left, but wanted a Titleist one, so I had to try to get comfortbale carrying on my right.  Hard to get used to that.

I've never had a problem with the Titleist stand bags.  I've had both the lightweight and premium models.  I think there was a design change to the legs a couple of years ago.

I have the Titleist Premium.  Maybe because I haven't used it enough to see any design flaws.  I switch off and on with a Staff Bag

Like Memphis, I have not had any problems with Titleist bags.  My current bag has zippers to keep the legs in if I ride in a cart.  It is very sturdy and every pocket is placed well.

I have the premium stand bag and have never had problems with the legs opening.  Only problem with the model I have is the flange used to open the legs sticks out too far and gets bent up pretty bad when you put the bag in the back of the cart.  The new premium stand bags have since corrected this issue, so I am hoping my awesome brother will get me a new one for my birthday.  Thanks Tim T.
