bg tournament coming up

    hey guys i just wanted to let u know im gonna be playing in the cvc this monday. the cvc is a big tournament for high school golfers in my area and looking forward to it. i have all the faith in my titleist equipment but was wondering do i take my 56 vokey out and put the 4 iron in or vice versa

    I believe that it all depends on the course and what you'll be most comfortable with. Regardless of what you choose, good luck and keep the faith.

    if its windy, and you use 3 wedges, bend the 56 to a 54 maybe so you can have the best of both worlds, assuming you also use a 60.

    It all depends on what YOU'RE comfortable with and what kind of course you're playing.

    Frankie,

    Go over the course layout today and determine if there are anyholes (i.e., longer par 3's and longer par 4's) where you might need your 4 iron. You may want to change out a 4 iron for a hybrid or 5 wood instead. Leave the 56 in the bag. Good luck and have fun. Let us know how you did.

    Good Luck Frankie.  I agree with Jim, depends on the course.   If you play a practice round, take notes on the holes where either club is the most appropriate.   That will help the decision
