It's real, the strap is poor design. And the wires inside to hold the bag together does not stay in place. It actually cut my finger. I like my bag except the strap and wires that cannot be fix.

There are a lot of great options to choose from. I personally use the Lightweight Stand Bag and love it. I'm also a fan of the 14-Way Stand Bag.
