Can you identify what the standard scoring ranges are for flighting a A, B, C, & D player. Example: does a A players range go from 72 to 78, and a B players go from 79 to 85, etc ?????

If you are doing this for a tournament, then it would be the range of handicaps that would make the teams even. Same with the score range. But IMO, I would say that anyone in the low to mid 70's would be A, mid 70's to low 80's B, etc. Like I said though, it would be whatever score range would make the teams numbers fair. Hope this helps.

Here's what TGC AM Tour uses.
But some event held at your club, they probably use a "top %" "middle %", and "bottom %", that way they will be insured to have somebody in each flight.
Winning the championship flight on the Am Tour means you won playing in 0-3.9 hcp range, but you may have been the only one in that flight.
Winning your home course championship in the championship flight means you won playing against the top % of those that played. This could be +5 - 0, or 0-10.
