Ive been custom fitted and have ordered the following:

    910 D2 8.5 Aldila RIP Stiff
    910 F 13.5 Aldila RIP Stiff
    910 H 19 Proforce V2 Stiff

    710 CB 3 - PW True Temper S300 2* Flat 1/2" Longer

    2 Vokeys 52 and 58.

    Currently using Demo Woods

    910 D2 9.5
    910 F 15.5
    910 H 19.5

    Stiff Diamana Blue Shafts

    MB TP Flighted Rifle 6.5's

So at the weekend I played in a medal and shot a very Inconsistant 2 over par a round consisting of

    12/14 Fairways Hit
    4/18 Greens Hit
    20 Putts
    4 Chip  In's

    6 Bogeys
    4 Birdies
    8 Pars

Obviously from those stats my Irons aren't doing the job and I just need some advice as to how I can transition my self from my current irons which I'm hitting poorly to a completly different Iron with a whole new set up...... Which has been setup for myself by the guys at the Titleist Fitting centre. I'm even considering not playing golf and only practicing my shortgame untill the new Irons come.....

    Any Advice

Wow...20 putts? 12 fairways.  Let's just dump the off-brand irons and see what happens with the new setup.  Wow.  Driver, putter, and wedges are the most important in the bag so I'm pretty excited to see a simple change in shafts/lie/length.

Ive always been a consistant driver of the ball, not very long 240 carry 280 after roll, always straight. I practice the hell out of my short game because I've resigned my self to the fact that My iron play is so weak, I just make sure I can get up and down. Hopefully with the new setup I will be able to start utilising my "AWESOME" Short Game to make Eagles and Birdies!!

I was actualy watching your Youtube Show and saw one of the Short Game issues i think it was in the contact series. Been a big help.

    Thank You

Very nice, glad we could help get better contact!

As you can probably tell, the iron swing is much different than the driving swing.  Looking forward to the new set of irons and a full report!

    Nice short game!

I wouldn't worry about the transition until you get the new irons. These are the irons that got you where you are, right?
