Thanks for the question.  We do not sell the SureFit Tour hosel as an individual component so I would be wary of any that you see listed as an individual component.  As with all of our products, the only way to ensure you are receiving authentic Titleist equipment is to always purchase from an authorized Titleist retailer.

We do offer individual shafts with the SureFit Tour hosel installed and you can view the approved list by clicking here: http://www.titleist.com/golf-clubs/shafts/default.aspx?tab=1

We understand that there are players that would like to use a specific shaft in the 910 product that might not be on our approved list of available shafts but Titleist will not be able to send out the SureFit Tour hosel or receive a shaft to have a hosel installed.

If it is a shaft on our approved list, you can certainly place an order for a shaft only through your local Titleist retailer.
