Sweet as (a New Zealand expression)! I have just received my new Wedgeworks wedges.  Blackoxid 51 (52 bend 1 degree up), 55 (54 bend 1 degree down) and 60 degrees with my name in blue written on the back.  All of them are 1 degrees upright and with Stiff shaft.

MAN! they are nice.  I just back from a 9 hules on my course - Christchurch Golf Course (Shirly Links) - they are absolutely fantastic.  I like my approach shots to be the same, but always had a gap between my 54 and my PW.  Not any more ;-) Now can I use the same swing and get very precise distance:

    PW: 110 - 115 meter

    51 - GW: 100 - 105 meter

    55 - SW: 90 - 95 meter

    60 -LW: 75 - 80 meter

Definitely worth doing.  I am sure I will get these distances even sharper in a couple of weeks time.

No I'm not a Kiwi too, just one of your next door neighbours from Oz.

I too got the Black Oxides from Vokey Wedgeworks, but only the 54 and 58 degrees.

They look so good I hate hitting range balls with them so I have kept my old Vokeys for practice!

I can open up the 58 degree so much in the bunker that my ProV1 stops so quickly.

Do you find that they scuff up even the new ProV's too much though?

Yes, they are just so good looking. You are right they scuff up a bit.  They got such a soft feel.  For me its just so good to be able to use the same swing and get the different distance.  The approach shots at my course is ready important if you want to score.

I can see you are from Melbourne.  I am there often for work.  We most arrange a round of golf.  I will give you the heads up when I am there next time.

    Cheers
