Break the course into six three hole courses.  Set a target score for each set of three holes.  Achieve it.  Move on. 

Some stretches may be easy...say -2 is target score. 

Some stretches may be hard...say even is a target score.

The best thing you can do is play to your strengths, so apply it to the set of six and post a number to make him think.

Excellent advice from Ryan. Also I would suggest that you remain confident in yourself and try to relax as much as possible. You may make an error or two, but having the confidence in your personal game will bring success.
