I have a set of CB 620 irons with project x lz 120 shafts only used for a few rounds I really like the irons and want to keep them but I am really struggling with the stiff heavy shafts I had a previous set of cb irons in reg and found them very easy to use I only have 5 to pitching wedge would it cost much to change the shafts do you do this at the national fitting centre at st Ives I have been a couple of times and don't mind driving down

You should be able to get a price from your Titleist retailer/Pro Shop.

Make sure you get fitted for the new ones and you can always sell your old shafts on ebay to help off-set the cost.
